Wil’s family is from a small town in Missouri. He proudly follows in the footsteps of his grandpa, who taught him about carpentry when he was younger.
While working a 9 to 5 sales role, Wil started doing odd jobs on the side. He’d come home more proud of a deck he built than a big account he landed.
Before long, Wil took what he learned from his grandpa and started a construction and renovation business. His wife, Gabriella, trusted him to take the leap and concentrate on doing what he loved.
Wil’s legacy goes beyond his work. Wil is teaching his daughter to be a problem-solver. He hopes she’ll have the resolve to figure things out and the resilience to keep going—even when it’s hard.
Wil and his wife teach their daughter how to care for animals, grow food and hunt. Every day, they instill in her the ability to thrive in any circumstance.
